Question 1

What photo works best?

Accepted Answer

A sharp photo in even daylight with the whole piece in the frame. A busy background is fine, but cut-off edges are not.

Question 2

What file do I get back?

Accepted Answer

A square image file by default, or whichever shape you choose, that you can download and upload straight to your shop.

Question 3

Will it change my piece?

Accepted Answer

The piece is kept as photographed. If an edge looks off, run it again for a different result.

Question 4

When are credits taken?

Accepted Answer

Credits are only taken when a result is returned, so a run that fails costs nothing.
