Used for
Binding a bundle of cords below the ring of a plant hanger, above a tassel, and around the top of a fringe.
How it is tied
A separate piece of cord is laid along the bundle with a loop at the bottom; the long end is wound tightly around the bundle and the loop from the top down, then threaded through the loop. Pulling the short top end drags the loop and the end up inside the wraps, and both ends are trimmed. Each wrap needs about the bundle's circumference of cord.
