- Leaves and feathers with a central vein; a quick solid fill for any long pointed shape.
- How it works
- Slanting stitches from each edge to the centre line, overlapping slightly where they cross, worked alternately left and right so the overlap forms a raised spine. Starts with a short straight stitch at the tip.
